You can cancel your confirmed order only on one condition i.e if we don’t have in stock the product ordered by you. In any other case if you wish to cancel your order then goods return policy will be applicable. Kindly refer the same.
Goods Return Policy
The Goods must be returned to us within 15 days on receipt of the goods at our site with valid reason of non-acceptance :
- with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
- securely wrapped;
- including our delivery slip;
- at your risk and cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
After we have received the Goods as per goods return policy, we will credit your credit or debit card with the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping returned and handing charges returned no later than 45-60 days from the date of receipt.
If we do not have the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives before we dispatch your order. If this happens you may:
2.6.1 cancel your order. 2.6.2 leave the order valid, but tell us to omit the out-of-stock item. If you chose refund than we will refund the product amount which is not in stock by credit or debit card with the purchase price of the goods excluding shipping returned and handing charges returned no later than 45-60 days from the date of receipt
